Local configs
For Fortnite and Rainbow Six Siege, GOH writes selected video, input and quality keys. Only when the game is closed, the local config exists and you confirm the change. A backup is created first; afterwards the value is read back.
Fortnite can overwrite its local config from the cloud on the next start. That is a limit of the game, not of the agent.
